Ticketing, Cancellation & Host Terms

STUDIO1514 produces small-scale, independently funded events. Each event is planned and resourced in advance based on confirmed attendance. By purchasing a ticket or participating as a Host, you agree to the terms below.

Ticket Holder Terms

All Sales Are Final All ticket purchases and reservations are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for change of plans, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.

Rescheduled Events If an event is rescheduled by STUDIO1514, tickets automatically transfer to the new date. Ticket holders who cannot attend the new date may transfer their ticket to another guest. Requests for credit or other accommodation will be reviewed at STUDIO1514's sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

Program Changes Menus, talent, programming, pairings, and other event elements may be modified due to availability, seasonality, or circumstances beyond our control. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund or credit.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals No refund, credit, or reimbursement will be issued for failure to attend or late arrival, regardless of cause.

Weather Policy Events proceed as scheduled in all weather conditions except where a governmental authority issues a mandatory travel restriction or public safety closure due to extreme snowfall. In that specific circumstance, the event will be rescheduled and tickets will transfer to the new date. No other weather condition constitutes grounds for cancellation, rescheduling, or refund.

Force Majeure In the event of circumstances beyond STUDIO1514's reasonable control — including but not limited to building emergencies, utility failure, or government-ordered closures unrelated to weather — STUDIO1514 reserves the right to reschedule the event. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

Host & Collaborator Terms

These terms apply to chefs, facilitators, producers, and any third party ("Host") contracted to produce or co-produce an event at STUDIO1514.

Host Obligations Hosts are responsible for the full execution of the event as advertised, including staffing, ingredients, materials, permits, and all other elements of performance, unless otherwise agreed in writing with STUDIO1514 in advance.

Host Cancellation or Non-Performance If a Host cancels, withdraws, or fails to perform for any reason not directly caused by STUDIO1514:

• The Host is liable for the full contracted value of the event.

• The Host bears sole responsibility for issuing any refunds owed to ticket holders, paid from the Host's own funds.

• Any deposits, advances, or production funds previously disbursed to the Host are non-refundable and may be applied by STUDIO1514 toward guest remediation or operational losses.

• STUDIO1514 will not absorb financial losses attributable to Host cancellation or non-performance.

Indemnification Hosts agree to indemnify and hold harmless STUDIO1514, its principals, staff, and agents from any claims, costs, or liabilities arising from the Host's failure to perform or from the Host's negligence in connection with the event.

General Provisions

Discretionary Review STUDIO1514 may, at its sole discretion, consider accommodations in exceptional circumstances. No course of dealing or prior accommodation creates an obligation to provide the same in the future.

Governing Terms These terms constitute the full policy agreement between STUDIO1514 and ticket holders or Hosts with respect to the subject matter herein. Any modifications must be made in writing and agreed to by STUDIO1514.

Agreement Purchase of a ticket, booking of the space, or execution of a hosting agreement constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
